Well there have been a lot of things going on in Curltek land since the last update!

Curltek are pleased to announce that Steve Curl has joined Competition Engine Services as Workshop Manager.

As a member of the JSW Group and building on Steve's extensive engine build and development experience, Competition Engine Services are well placed to offer full engine builds and rebuilds, machining services, in-house dynamometer testing and full race day support from their well place, fully equiped workshop located in Burton Upon Trent.

Curltek have a proven track record in building engines suitable for historic and classic vehicles, circuit racers and street legal drag strip refugees.

Specialising in the 289 cu-in Small Block Ford engines our chief engineer, Steven Curl, has over 20 years of experience in restoring, developing and enhancing all manner of engines.

Steve's experience spans from the rebuilding of historic race car drive-trains through to concourse d'elegance restorations of period vehicles - such as the Lotus Cortina. Ever mindful of historical significance, Curltek are able to offer the Lock-n-Stitch repair method to recover cracked cylinder heads and blocks.
